How long does logo design take?+
Standard process: 3-4 weeks from brief approval to final delivery 1 week brief/strategy, 1-2 weeks concept development and presentation, 1 week revision and file production. Fast-track for time-sensitive launches: 10 business days. Complex brand identity projects (logo as part of complete identity): 6-10 weeks.
How many logo concepts do you present?+
We present two to three initial concepts each representing a distinct strategic direction. Quantity of concepts is not a quality signal: value lies in depth of strategic thinking and execution quality. Presenting twenty concepts means twenty shallow ideas; presenting three means three well-considered, well-executed strategic directions. Our clients consistently find the right direction identifiable within the first presentation.
What file formats do you deliver?+
AI source files (master vector), EPS files (print-industry-standard vector), PDF files (print-ready, all variants), PNG files (transparent background, all variants, screen-optimised), SVG files (web and icon use), and logo usage guide. All files delivered in full colour (CMYK for print, RGB/hex for screen), reversed white, and single-colour black variants. We do not deliver JPG as a primary logo format JPG doesn't support transparency.
Can you redesign a logo I had made on Fiverr or Canva?+
Yes redesigning logos produced through low-cost services is a significant portion of our work. Before redesigning, we assess what works (preserve or build on), what doesn't work (must change), and whether the rebrand requires full strategic rethink or primarily quality/execution upgrade. Many low-cost logos have sound underlying concepts executed poorly quality upgrades cost significantly less than full strategic rebrands.
Do you offer logo design as part of a complete brand identity package?+
Yes logo design is always an option as part of our complete brand identity packages, including brand strategy, visual identity (logo, colour palette, typography, photography style), brand guidelines, and application design. For businesses needing a complete brand foundation rather than a logo alone, a full brand identity engagement is almost always the more valuable investment a logo designed within brand strategy context is more strategically grounded.
