What types of content do you create?+
We create every format of social media content: static graphics (branded posts, quote cards, promotional graphics, infographics), carousel posts (educational, case study, product showcase formats), short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts both scripted originals and edited from raw footage), Instagram and Facebook Stories (interactive, behind-the-scenes, promotional formats), LinkedIn long-form posts and articles, and UGC-style creative content for paid social advertising. We produce all content in the formats appropriate for each platform in our client's social media mix.
Do you need to film video or can you work with footage we provide?+
Both. For clients with the capability to film their own raw footage, we provide scripts, filming direction briefs, and then edit the raw footage into platform-ready content. For clients without filming capability, we develop animated and motion graphic video content that requires no filming. For appropriate clients (primarily food, hospitality, retail, and product businesses), we can coordinate professional photography and video production through our production partner network.
How many posts per month do you create?+
Post volume depends on the scope of the engagement and the platforms included. A typical single-platform engagement (e.g., Instagram only) produces 12 to 20 feed posts or Reels per month plus 20 to 30 Stories. A multi-platform engagement (Instagram + LinkedIn + Facebook) typically produces 30 to 50 pieces of content per month across all platforms. We scope content volume to the client's platform mix and strategic objectives in the initial engagement setup.
Do we need to provide photography and video footage?+
It depends on the content type and platform. For graphic design content, we work with any combination of client-provided photography, stock photography, and designed-from-scratch graphics. For video content, we develop animated or motion graphic content where filmed footage is not available. We provide full transparency on what raw assets are needed from the client versus what we produce independently.
How does the content approval process work?+
All content is produced in advance and submitted for client review and approval before scheduling typically 5 to 7 business days before the scheduled publication date. We use a structured review tool that allows clients to review content, leave comments, request revisions, and approve publication in a single interface. Content is not published without explicit client approval.
What is your revision policy?+
We include two rounds of revisions on all content as standard. The first round addresses any significant strategic or messaging changes. The second round addresses final copy or design refinements. We build content briefs thoroughly enough that first-round approval is the standard outcome revisions become rare once the brand voice and visual system are fully established in our production workflow.
How do you ensure the content fits our brand?+
Our brand onboarding process captures the complete brand specification: existing brand guidelines (if available), visual identity elements (colors, fonts, photography style), brand voice and tone documentation, content examples the client likes and dislikes, and any specific requirements or restrictions. This specification is documented in a brand brief that every content producer on the client's account references for every piece of content produced.
Can you produce content in languages other than English?+
Yes we produce social media content in English, Arabic, Urdu, and Hindi as standard, and can accommodate other languages through our translation and localization partners. For clients serving multi-language markets (particularly clients in the UAE where English and Arabic social media audiences overlap significantly), we produce bilingual content strategies with platform-appropriate language selection.
